Day 1:
Arrival into New Delhi. Meet our car and driver who will be waiting for you outside Arrivals. Check into your hotel. Delhi is the historical capital city of India with a delightful mix of Mughal architecture and the bustle of a modern metropolitan city. Overnight Delhi.
Day 2:
Full day guided tour of Old & New Delhi. Visit India Gate, Parliament House, Humayun's Tomb, Qutub Minar. Visit the bazaars of Chandni Chowk. It's rumoured that Tandoori Chicken is the national bird of Delhi! In the evening see the Sound & Light show at the historic Red Fort. Overnight Delhi.
Day 3:
After breakfast drive to Agra 204 km. Check into your hotel. Visit the Taj - the greatest monument to love built by the Mughal emperor Shah Jahan for his beloved wife Mumtaz Mahal. Tonight, sample some of the kebabs that Agra is famous for. Overnight Agra.
Day 4:
Drive from Agra to Jaipur 237 km. Check into you hotel. Take a half-day city tour of Jantar Mantar, the City Palace, Hawa Mahal. In the evening attend a culinary course with our finest chef of authentic Rajasthani cuisine. The maharajas were gourmets and Rajasthani cuisine is distinctive in its flavor and use of spices. Enjoy an excellent dinner specially designed for you. And for those with a sweet tooth, Rajasthan offers some amazing traditional sweets. Overnight Jaipur.
Day 5:
After breakfast visit the splendid Amber Fort and ride an elephant up to the ramparts. Evening free for shopping. Jaipur is famous for precious & semi-precious gems, silver, handicrafts, carpets & textiles. In the evening have dinner at Chokhi Dhani an authentic ethnic place with Rajasthani cuisine, folk musicians & dancers. Overnight Jaipur.
Day 6:
Fly to Jodhpur. Check into your hotel. Visit the imposing Mehrangarh Fort & Jaswant Thada. Overnight Jodhpur. Enjoy a traditional meal of 'dal,bati,choorma' - a typically Rajasthani vegetarian meal which is often served at marriages and festivals.
Day 7:
Fly from Jodhpur to Udaipur, the city of Lakes. Check into you hotel overlooking the lakes. Half-day sightseeing of Udaipur City. In the evening go for a boat-ride on lake Pichola. Later in the evening a special culinary treat of Marwari cuisine will be arranged for you. Learn special delicacies from the finest chefs. Overnight Udaipur.
Day 8:
After breakfast drive 100 km out of Udaipur to visit the stunning Jain temples of Ranakpur and the Kumbalgarh fort. The temples of Ranakpur, with over a thousand marble pillars have exquisite carvings, with no two pillars alike. Return to Udaipur. Overnight Udaipur.

Fly from Udaipur to Delhi & connect with your international flight.
Delhi: Mughlai and Punjabi cuisine are among the most popular cuisines both in New and Old Delhi. The people in Delhi are food lovers and there are good restaurants located on almost every street. Delhi is also known as the ‘Restaurant Capital of India’. Karim and Babu Khan are the best known restaurants for Mughlai food. For Punjabi food Paranthewali Gali in Chandni Chowk Old Delhi is world famous. The Mughlai food served in places like Halim and Nalli Nahari in Old Delhi is truly authentic as most of the people who own these places are supposed to be direct descendents of Royal cooks! The Tandoori chicken and butter chicken are still the most popular dishes in Delhi.
Agra: The city of the Taj Agra is famous for its Mughlai cuisine. The famous kababs of Agra can be found in any hotel from 5 star to the local ‘dhabas’ on the street. Kormas and curries are the most favored dishes which use curd, cream, nuts and almond sauce as the chief ingredients. Agra is famous for its salty snack known as ‘Dalmoth’ and its sweet called ‘Petha’. The Taj Ganj area has numerous good restaurants, Hotel Kamal and Shanti Lodge are two famous restaurants from where you can enjoy a view of the Taj Mahal.
Jaipur: One of the best aspects of visiting Jaipur is to taste the authentic Rajasthani cuisine. The famous restaurants are easily accessible, most of them located in the heart of the city. Visit MI Road both for shopping and eating. Niros is one of the oldest multi-cuisine.restaurants here offering a large variety of tasty food. Spice Court in the posh area of Civil Lines is known for its excellent food, its ambience and entertainment. LMB and Rawat on MI Road are famous for Dal Bati and traditional Rajasthani food. Among the non-vegetarian dishes Lal Maans or red meat cooked in the royal Rajasthani style is the most popular. Chokhi Dhani is another open-air authentic Rajasthani restaurant where the food can be enjoyed while being entertained by folk musicians and dancers.
Jodhpur: Jodhpur is famous for its Kachoris and sweets. Kachoris are made of flour and stuffed with onions and spices. There is also a sweet variety known as Mawa Kachori. Enjoy a glass of refreshing buttermilk or ‘Lassi’. Janta Sweet Home, Jodhpur Sweet Home and Pokar Sweets are some of the famous restaurants in Jodhpur.
Udaipur: Udaipur, influenced by Jainism and Vaishnavism is famous of its vegetarian dishes.But there's no shortage of delectable non vegetarian fare either!
Ocra or dried mango and Sangri or dried beans are the specialty here along with the typical Rajasthan dishes like Dal Bati Churma, Gatte-ki-sabzi and Kachoris. Enjoy a meal at the Lake Palace, Laxmi Vilas or at hotel Amet Haveli by the lake side.
