Day 1 Arrive COCHIN to Transfer to MUNNAR
 
 
 
 
 
  Arrive into Cochin from where you will be transferred by road to Munnar, approx 140 kms away. Munnar is a picturesque hill station surrounded by undulating tea gardens, with a very pleasant climate. Hotel Royal Retreat or similar will be your home for 2 nights.
Day 2 MUNNAR
  To spend at leisure exploring the wonderful countryside.You have a car at your disposal. Overnight Munnar.
Day 3 MUNNAR - THEKKADY/PERIYAR
  Drive approx 100 kms to Thekkady and check-in at hotel Aranya Niwas or similar situated on the banks of Periyar lake in the heart of the wildlife sanctuary. Overnight.
Day 4 THEKKADY
  Take a boat ride on the lake to observe at close quarters elephant herds and other fauna that come from the surrounding jungles to quench their thirst. Overnight.
Day 5 THEKKADY - KUMARAKOM
  Drive 130 km to Kumarakom near Kottayam, situated on the banks of the famous Vembanad lake fringed by coconut palms. Overnight at the Coconut Lagoon or Taj Garden Retreat.
Day 6 KUMARAKOM - Backwater Boat Ride KOVALAM
  Start on a scenic ride by boat on the tranquil backwaters and join your car at Alleppy to continue your journey to Kovalam - Kerala's premier beach resort, close to Trivandrum. overnight at Kadaloram Beach Resort or similar.
Day 7 KOVALAM
  Day free to enjoy the sand and the wind-swept surf at Kovalam, or make an excursion to land's end - Kanyakumari. overnight Kovalam.
Day 8 KOVALAM - TRIVANDRUM
  Visit Trivandrum city enroute to the airport. Catch a flight to Mumbai, Delhi, Goa or Chennai.
 
Tour cost based on minimum two persons : US$ 895.00 Per person.
 
Cost includes deluxe accommodation on twin sharing basis, daily breakfast, transfers and sightseeing by chauffeur driven car as per above itinerary, boat rides at periyar and kumarakom, service charges and all taxes as applicable.
